These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Website"), operated by Cynthia Teng (CEA Reg. No. R055774B) of Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (Estate Agent Licence No. L3008899K) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Nature of the Website

This is an independent property marketing website created by Cynthia Teng, a CEA-registered salesperson with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, to provide general information about Amberwood At Holland. It is not the official website of the developer, and we are not the developer. Huttons Asia Pte Ltd is the appointed marketing agency for this project.

2. Information is for general reference only

All content on the Website — including prices, unit availability, unit mix, floor areas, floor plans, site plans, facilities, renderings, images, distances, travelling times, tenure, and estimated dates — is provided for general information only, is indicative, and is subject to change without notice. Visuals may be artists' impressions and may differ from the completed development. Floor areas are approximate and may be subject to final survey.

Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, invitation, representation or warranty, and nothing forms part of any offer or contract. You should verify all information and refer to the developer's official documents (including the price list, sale and purchase agreement and related documents) before making any decision. Errors and omissions are excepted (E&OE).

3. Not professional, financial or legal advice

Content on the Website is not financial, investment, legal, tax or valuation advice, and does not take into account your personal circumstances. Buyers do not pay any commission for enquiries or transactions arranged through this Website; all fees are paid directly by the developer in accordance with the appointed marketing arrangement.
